Truly you will get more motivation from honest people and they can show you the way to live in life and also live in people’s mind after death. There has always been a great debate in Pakistan that which education system we have to follow and moreover there is another debate of private and government education institutions. In Pakistan approximately all people will feel that the private institutes are better than the government schools or colleges but again I have a different theory. Everybody in this world defines "Love" in different words.For Poet it is the person on which he writes poem,for travellers it is the destination, for sunflower it is the sun , for river it's the sea , for Obama it is the war , for me it is the peace , for mother it is her child and so on.But in all the cases some words are common so I define the word in that manner.Love is all about understanding, giving , caring , respecting a person without any bad intention or financial benefit.I love if we see our love in pain , we feel the same pain.We cry when we see them crying or sometimes just by thinking them in trouble.We fight with the person who fight with our love , we like the things that are related to that person.Everybody shows the love in their manner, some show the respect, some show the care , some just follow, some by praying and some show by the support. Who is scoring with distinction and who is getting the jobs???? I scored 88 in NTS test , no male candidate has scored that in Test in whole Sindh and only one female scored more than that. NTS merit list visible on their website Some candidates despite having 66 marks are getting the job and who is scoring 88 still not deserve to be a government teacher. This one picture showing the candidates who got the job in my Union council.It is clearly visible that these candidates scored less than me but still got the job while the RSU(Reform support Unit) officer was very keen saying that Merit will win. We have seen that children often do the exact opposite of what they are ask to do.The wife is often heard saying to the husband, from the first day of marriage "Why you always disagree with me? Why you always do the exact opposite of my wish ? This is psychology of human being that sometimes they do the exact opposite of what they were ask to do.Another way we can get this by saying that people often to the same thing which they were not allowed to do.This is because of "Reactance" , it is human behaviour when they see that somebody is restricted them or somebody is snatching their freedom, so people do the exact opposite.In reactance people normally does the wrong thing, like children do the wrong thing when they dis obey their elders.I see that normally the reactance is bad for the individual or the group committing the reactance, If we see that it is good for us then we don't have to go opposite. It is very common to hear that the children are not willing to learn and are not serious for the studies.As I see that my own brother is not very serious about his studies, he plays Cricket more than the studies.It is very easy to blame all the comforts given to the children nowadays but my theory is little bit different.When I study this case psychological, I came to a good reason behind that.Children or teen follow the marks of the person whom they see famous , respectable and successful.In today's society who is respectable? I was very worried at that time , the college timings were going to end but i was not able to ask the question i wanted to ask.At last myself and my friend Arif were free from all the classes and then i asked him to go with me to ask that question.It was an afternoon in 2008 and i was in D.J Sindh Govt.
