Till Now No Merit in Pakistan...

Who is scoring with distinction and who is getting the jobs????
I scored 88 in NTS test , no male candidate has scored that in Test in whole Sindh and only one female scored more than that.

Some candidates despite having 66 marks are getting the job and who is scoring 88 still not deserve to be a government teacher.

This one picture showing the candidates who got the job in my Union council.It is clearly visible that these candidates scored less than me but still got the job while the RSU(Reform support Unit) officer was very keen saying that Merit will win.

Go on alif bay pe yakeen...Go on.

The Rotten System: It Stinks !!!

Its All In The Mind

Our mind mainly consists of two parts: one is called conscious mind (12%) and the other one is called sub conscious mind(88%). These two parts are very different to each other. Our conscious mind wants reason, it learn, it reacts or all about conscious mind is summarised as the sensible part of our mind. Now if we discussed about the sub conscious mind then it is somewhat different from the first part. The subconscious mind works as a tape recorder, when one thing is stored in it then it repeats just like magnetic tape. It doesn’t want reason, it records rather than learn. Exam season in on , students are preparing for their exams.Many students have problem facing the exams , but remember my friend exams can be your friend it's just the matter of method you are adopting for the exam.Forget that you are a good student or bad student just focus , study and follow the rules i am writing here for you and see the difference in your results. It difficult but you have to do it first of all cultivate a keen interest in your subject by thinking about your reasons for studying it,by relating the material to your own life and by visualising yourself achieving your purpose.Many students don't score in a particular subject by thinking that it is not interested or it is boring,but remember every subject it there to give you something.Secondly make notes on the content of what you read or hear.Either write a summary in continuous prose and develop an outline with lettered and /or numbered headings and subheadings, the students only looking for note...
