Hello Readers, for last three to four years i have been studying HAARP and trying to explain every friend and known person of mine.But the success ratio is very small ,the problem is that my Theory about HAARP is so scientific so that any person who is not close to Science will totally dismiss that ( Like Our body does it with unknown protein)>The Actually Post about HAARP is still under construction but here comes something related to it.
So why is American government project blamed for a Hurricane? Many theorist believe that HAARP is used to create weather. Many believe that the government can influence weather at this top secret site. What could be gained by manipulating a storm that so far has killed over 40 people?
American National news networks are warning that the election could be directly affected, delayed or hampered because of the devastation and loss of services such as electricity, travel etc.”

My theory which is based on some graphs and Science suggests that The Sandy is man made or what is say HAARP made But...

HaarpStatus has finally come to a bulls eye over what looks like Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Current projections at NOAA say Hurricane Sandy will hit New Jersey. Our status numbers disagree. The storm is being steered toward the higher concentration numbers.
Truly remarkable numbers and it is one to archive because this may never be seen again in a very long time.
I think Obama is using Sandy for elections ....exact plan is with him....but something is there.
Many of the videos related to HAARP is unavailable now....they are deleted or the link will guide towards something totally different which shows the link has been tempered.
My another theory suggests that it is a part of that 2012 campaign that i have explained in my earlier post.
Hopefully you understood what i wanted to explain.....Sandy is not natural !!!

At its heart is a phased-array radar that emits radio waves that are partially absorbed between 100 kilometres and 350 kilometres in altitude, accelerating electrons there and 'heating' the ionosphere (see graphic, right). In effect, HAARP allows scientists to turn the ionosphere, the uppermost and one of the least understood regions of the atmosphere, into a natural laboratory.

Oh! But I don't think so that Sandy was not natural. Because elections are not effected by it and polling is going to start by tomorrow as it was decided. So, I guess it was natural. Well waiting for your post on HAARP :)
