My Degree and Petroleum Industry

Hello friends , this post is very important for me.About 1 and a half year or so i am very eager to speak on this topic.
I have done Masters in Petroleum technology from Karachi University in which i have studied every part and every aspect of petroleum industry. But i have not been able to work in petroleum industry for the following reasons

* Petroleum industry always wants somebody who is aged at least 40 years which they want experience of 10 to 15 years. But what i like to ask them that if they do not recruit fresh graduates how will they have the experience at the age of 40?I know there is always a big risk element involve in petroleum industry but why should not we try them with experiences people so the industry can have maturity of the older and passion of the younger.

Second problem  Dr. Majeed ullah Quadri that is my head of department ,why i considered him as a problem because the duty of head of a department ids to make sure that all the efforts must have been done so the students will get the jobs which includes the invitation to the industry HRs and making good relations with the personals of petroleum industry

Which reminds me a very embarrassing moment ,Once I got a chance of interview for MOL and the interviewer asked me the name of head of department ,when i replied the name the interviewer got angry and said that he is good for nothing and can teach petroleum to any body and then i was rejected after this question.
Dr. Majeed ullah Quadri is a PHD but not in petroleum, not in geology but in Islamiat(yes in islamiat).Interviewer was right he knows nothing about petroleum industry because he has never studied.

* 3rd problem is the situations in Pakistan, no jobs for qualified and we want only relatives , political persons in industry .Thats why it is also a drowning ship ,the petroleum industry.

These problems are not faced by only me but all my class mates.Would you believe its 1 and a half year an d no body is in petroleum industry.somebody in teaching in school ,some in construction company, some on shops ,some in call center.

Wake up Petroleum industry and my respected head of department...

  2. there is one more problem which is our government which never make progress in this field, just wants to make more profit as soon as possible.. whether it is in term of petroleum price or in term of bribe from the petroleum sector this is the reason overseas companies are not investing in Pakistan and we have no new fresh opportunity.

People with the broken heart

According to palmistry, our hand has three main lines. Heart line , Head line and Life line. Every lines shows a particular trend or situation from which the person has gone through, going or will go in the future. I want your attention towards the heart line. The top line that starts beneath the first finger , sometimes from between first and middle finger and sometimes from under the middle finger. This line describes the situation or destiny of the person that is related with his or her heart. What i have learnt and seen is that a person who has a broken heart has special type of heart line. The heart line having a small boxes on it , is facing a heart breaking period and in some books i have read that the heart line of broken heart people always dies towards the end. So if you want to see that the person has faced or will face the heart break check out the heart line. As a hobby when i read the hands of different people (mostly my friends) or sometimes complete strangers i

Its All In The Mind

Our mind mainly consists of two parts: one is called conscious mind (12%) and the other one is called sub conscious mind(88%). These two parts are very different to each other. Our conscious mind wants reason, it learn, it reacts or all about conscious mind is summarised as the sensible part of our mind. Now if we discussed about the sub conscious mind then it is somewhat different from the first part. The subconscious mind works as a tape recorder, when one thing is stored in it then it repeats just like magnetic tape. It doesn’t want reason, it records rather than learn. The subconscious mind knows how to walk, how to talk and regular working that we repeat time and time again. When we records one time that how to walk then every time we don’t have to think but we just act as the method is recorded in our sub conscious mind. How often we have seen that when we spent some time with a person who is suffering from a disease, after some time we feel that we are also suffering fro

I Want Quaid e Azam's Pakistan !!!

Since i posted "The Independence Day" ,i was trying to gather some facts about the idea behind the creation of Pakistan. Now when i heard about the news that MQM is arranging a Referendum named " What Pakistan Do you want ? Taliban's or Quaid e Azam's ( Muhammad Ali Jinnah)", i decided to make a post in which i will share some of his quotes and reality to my readers . When Quaid-e AzamMuhammad Ali Jinnah came to Pakistan on the invitation of Allama Iqbal he said to the editor of "Daily Zammindar" Zafar Ali Khan and Sardar Rab Nishtar that "I have been  living a rich life in London but i came back here just to create a State of "la ilaha illa Allah" (There is no God Except Allah),otherwise if i  supported the Capitalist System i would have earned lots of money or if i went to Russia and supported the Communist or Socialist system i would have got many Honors but i came here on the invitation of Allama Iqbal and will live a
